Idea Generator
Giovanna Caponetto
Also known as “G”, Giovanna is the one who makes everything happen. She opened Guided in 2020 with ambition, confidence, and a strong ability to lead combined with a marketing degree from UMKC. As the agency continued to grow, so did her job to curate and manage various professional athlete and influencer marketing campaigns and partnerships throughout various different industries.
On the sports front, she loves all of her teams equally, but football and futbòl are at the center of her life. To keep herself and Guided running at full-speed, she travels, spends time with family and friends, and makes just enough time for wine and workouts - which she is never herself without.
Kasten Green
Creative Director +
G Wrangler
Kasten keeps the Guided train on its tracks, fielding anything thrown her way. She leads our team in design – creating client content, building websites, putting together mini content shoots, and fulfilling any design needs necessary. Working as a creative in this woman-owned business is exactly what makes her younger self proud. From sports, to helping a business grow, Guided is just the place to be!
She’s a proud KU alumnae and cheers for her hometown teams in KC–no matter what! When she’s not busy with Guided, Kasten is catching up on a new show or traveling to see her sister play a round of golf!
Social Media & Events Strategist +
The Guided Investigator
Alex Zoellner
Alex is the behind-the-scenes force ensuring no detail, trend, or opportunity goes unnoticed. A former collegiate soccer player, she brings the same discipline, drive, and competitive edge into her work, helping Guided and its clients stay ahead with content that is sharp, relevant, and intentional.
As Guided’s resident event planner and go-to writer, Alex leads the coordination and execution of events, ensuring every detail aligns with the brand and experience. She elevates clients through strategic social media, trend-driven and informational content, and polished captions and email copy. When she’s not working, she’s probably still writing… or in the middle of a workout, tackling a 2,000-piece puzzle, or spending time with family and friends.
